Where is my order?

Our goal is to get your hat to you as soon as possible however, tracking for your order may take up to 48 hours. The tracking number and status will be emailed to you.

How do I cancel or change my order?
We make every effort to process your order the minute it is placed, which means, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once your order has been submitted. You can reach out and notify us of a change/update by using our Contact Us and we will do what we can to make it right

How do I return my item?

We want to make your return process as hassle free as possible. You have up to 30-days to return your purchase by using our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)  form. Hats need to be unworn, with tags and like new. If you hat is damaged or defective – please use the Contact Us page first for guidance.

How do I return an incorrect item?

We apologize if you have received an incorrect item and will gladly resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)  form with your order number and description of the item you received. One of our Campus Hats Ambassadors will contact you shortly

How do I figure out my hat size?

Please see our size chart . The best way to know your size is to measure the circumference of your head and refer to the chart.
